To run our practice, improve services, and ensure quality of care. For example, reviewing clinical documentation or evaluating staff performance.

We may share information to prevent or lessen a serious threat to your health or safety or the health or safety of others, consistent with applicable law.

Telehealth Privacy

Solura Therapy provides services via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. We take reasonable steps to protect your information during online sessions, but we cannot guarantee the security of your own internet connection or device. We recommend you participate from a private location and secure network whenever possible.

Data Security

  • Electronic records are stored in a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

  • We use encrypted platforms for communication, storage, and telehealth sessions.

  • Access is restricted to authorized staff and supervisors, in accordance with licensing requirements.
