Who I Am & Why I Do This Work

Hello, and welcome. I’m Jessica Paris, the heart behind Solura Therapy, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Christa Rogers, LPC-S. I believe that healing begins when we are truly seen not just for our struggles, but for the strength and resilience within us. I know what it’s like to carry loss, to step into new seasons that feel uncertain, and to search for the parts of yourself that got buried along the way. My passion is to walk beside you in those places bringing both compassion and clarity, helping you remember your strength when life feels heavy.

In our sessions, I provide a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where we focus on clear goals and practical solutions. I don’t want you to feel like you’re just logging into sessions without direction. I want you to notice real progress and meaningful results as we work together. My approach blends evidence-based counseling with culturally informed perspectives, helping you navigate challenges while building on your strengths. This journey is about more than managing difficulties; it’s about creating lasting change and moving toward the life you want to live.
